What is a Smart Business Card?

It is a physical card embedded with a microchip containing Near Field Communication (NFC) technology. Instead of handing out paper cards that get thrown away, you simply tap your Smart Card against a phone to instantly open your customized digital profile page containing all your contact info, social links, photos, products, and direct action buttons.

Does the recipient need an app or a smart card to view my profile?

No! The recipient does not need any app, device, or special card installed on their phone to receive your info. The tap prompts their phone's native browser to open your profile page instantly.

2. Compatibility

Which phones are compatible with NFC tap?

Virtually all modern smartphones support NFC. This includes iPhone XR and newer models (iPhone 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, etc.) and almost all mid-range to high-end Android phones released in the last 6-8 years. NFC must be enabled on Android phones (usually on by default or via the quick settings panel).

What if the client's phone does not support NFC?

Every Smart Business Card comes with a unique, high-resolution QR code custom printed on the back. If someone has a very old phone without NFC, they can simply scan the QR code using their camera app or a QR scanner to open your profile instantly.

3. Profile Setup & Edits

What information can I display on my digital profile?

You can customize your page to include your full name, company name, bio, direct save-contact button, WhatsApp link, social media profiles (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), product catalogue images, promotional videos, office address with Google Maps navigation, customer reviews, and payment instructions.

Can I edit my contact details or links later if they change?

Yes! Because the physical card points to a dynamic online link, you can update your links, change your phone number, or swap images online without needing a new physical card. In-form edit requests can be submitted to our support team and are processed within 24 hours. (Free for 2 months with today's promotional orders).

4. Payment, Shipping & Warranty

Why is a 50% advance payment required?

Because your card is fully customized for your business. We custom print your business logo and name on the card surface, program the unique NFC microchip, and design a custom digital webpage hosted on our servers. The 50% commitment deposit covers materials and design setup. The remaining 50% balance is paid on delivery.

How long does shipping take?

We complete design and customization in 24 hours. Delivery takes 24-48 hours in Lagos, and 3-5 working days to other states across Nigeria.

Do the cards have a warranty?

Yes! Our premium cards use enterprise-grade NTAG213 microchips designed to last for over 100,000 taps. If your card has a manufacturing defect or the chip stops responding within 30 days of purchase under normal usage, we will replace the card completely free of charge.
