• Public Business Profile Data: Full name, business name, phone numbers, email addresses, office location/coordinates, links to social media, photos, videos, and catalogue listings.
• Private Checkout Information: Billing details, shipping/delivery address, contact details for logistics, and transaction records.

2. How Your Data is Used

We use the collected data strictly for:

• Designing and hosting your online dynamic business card profile.
• Programming the NFC microchip inside your physical business card.
• Shipping and delivery logistics of physical cards.
• Answering support inquiries and processing edits to your online profile page.

3. Nature of Public Profiles

Please note: By design, the digital business profile page linked to your card is publicly accessible to anyone who taps your physical card or scans its QR code. Do not include highly sensitive personal information (such as private bank passwords or personal home coordinates) on your public business profile card.

4. Information Security

We deploy standard security protocols to protect your billing details and ensure secure communication with Web3Forms during form submissions. Your digital business profiles are hosted on servers configured with modern firewalls and SSL encryption to prevent unauthorized data alterations.

5. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, trade, or rent your private checkout or delivery details to third parties. We share details only with verified logistics partners (dispatch riders and courier networks) to ensure successful delivery.

6. Editing and Deleting Your Profile

You have complete control over your dynamic profile. You can submit requests to edit contents or permanently delete/disable your digital business card page from our hosting servers at any time by messaging our support desk. Deletions are processed within 24 hours of verifying your ownership of the profile.
