Please read these terms carefully before placing your order. By using our website or ordering our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Scope of Service
SmartBusinessCards (hosted and developed by Frank Web Dev) provides custom physical NFC-enabled business cards and programmed online business profiles. Our service includes designing your digital profile page based on the links, details, and media you submit, and linking it to your physical card's chip.
2. User Accounts and Content Submission
You are responsible for ensuring that all information, images, logo files, and links you provide for your custom profile and printed card are accurate, complete, and legally owned by you. We reserves the right to reject content that is illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or infringes on third-party intellectual property.
3. Payment Terms and Commitment Deposit
Due to the fully customized nature of our products, a 50% non-refundable advance commitment payment is required to initiate design setup, coding of your profile, and card surface printing. The remaining 50% balance is due upon physical delivery. Orders will not be printed or dispatched until the advance payment is confirmed.
4. Customization and Design Variations
We strive to match colors and layouts as close as possible to digital proofs. However, slight variations in color, positioning, and texture may occur on the final printed card surface due to chemical variables in custom card manufacturing. These minor differences do not constitute defective products.
5. Hosting and Edits
Digital profile pages are hosted on our secure servers. Free web profile edits are offered for a promotional period (e.g., 2 months with today's packages). Subsequent updates, changes of phone numbers, or design modifications may attract an administrative support fee depending on your plan tier.
6. Intellectual Property
Our brand elements, website layouts, custom graphics, and software assets are the property of Frank Web Dev. You retain ownership of all personal and corporate media, logos, and trademarks submitted to compile your digital business card profile.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from typing errors in the submitted contact info, network issues on recipient devices, or temporary hosting server downtimes. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of your digital card configuration immediately upon receipt.
